You are the best Chuck...after 2 family friends who are realtors telling me that there's really nothing out there for me, with very little cash, that I could afford...with your diligence and determination, and your customer service (driving up to Boulevard numerous times), it became a dream come true!  I found that you are always accessible and you have a keen mind for details that I overlooked concerning repairs needed for the house, etc. You also know your stuff when it comes to advise on home repairs and lighting, etc. I found it very helpful to me as a single woman, pretty much ignorant about that sort of thing, so I really appreciated that also.
